Born in Sonora, California to Pauline and Eliseo Rizo. He passed with his family by his side. Survived by his wife, Dorothy Rizo of 51 years, children, Stephanie Toscano (Francisco), Anthony Rizo (Elizabeth), four grandchildren, Bradley, Joseph, Ryan and Cora.

After retiring from Hershey's Lee loved traveling, painting, silversmithing, faceting and gardening.

Lee will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Visitation 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 with Rosary the same evening at 6:00 p.m. both at Oakdale Memorial Chapel. A mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday November 29, 2023 at St. Mary's Catholic Church.
